Lavender from our own field that has been harvested at the proper time and triple sifted. Our culinary lavender is a mix of a few of our Angustifolia varieties, including folgate, Buena Vista, Royal Velvet, Munstead, and Hidcote. Culinary Lavender food grade.

If you would like a larger amount, please feel free to contact us. We can provide larger amounts but they will be supplied in a sealed bag rather than a jar.
