Our hot and cold packs are filled with flaxseed and are available with the scent of lavender from fresh lavender buds. Unscented is also available.
Benefits of our homemade packs:
- Flaxseed provides a moist long heat for 45 minutes to an hour
- They can be placed in the freezer (in a plastic bag), for cold application
- They are lighter weight
- All packs are backed with a minky fabric
- This pack has a cover that can be removed and washed
